Day 1
Rajkot to Somnath (225 kms 4.5 hrs )

Welcome to Rajkot , the fourth-largest city in the state of Gujarat, and begin your 'Dwarka Somnath' tour. On arrival at the airport / railway station in Rajkot, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Dwarka.The rest of the day is at leisure for independent activities.

Day 2
Proceed to Dwarka

Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Dwarka (Private).

This morning, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Dwarka. Visit the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlinga temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. A 25 m tall statue of a sitting Lord Shiva and a large garden with a pond are major highlights of a visit to this temple. Then, visit the Dwarkadhish Temple, a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Krishna, who is worshipped here by the name Dwarkadhish. The temple was constructed over 1400 years ago and has delicate carvings on its exterior while the interior is striking in its simplicity. Followed by the Dwarkadhish temple, visit Dwarka Peeth ,Bhadkeshwar Temple, Rukmini Temple, Sunset Point, Shri Jagatguru Shankaracharya Math, VedHavan, Light House and Shardapith Math Museum.

Day 3
Visit the Somnath Temple

Transfer from hotel in Dwarka to hotel in Somnath, en route visit Somnath Temple (Private).

Today after a delicious breakfast, proceed to Somnath. En route visit the Somnath Temple - one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Facing the wide open Arabian Sea, the Somnath Temple is an imposing structure offering a spectacular sight to the pilgrims. Legend says that the temple was built by none other than the Moon God himself at the time of creation.

On arrival, check in to the hotel in Somnath.

Day 4
Depart from Rajkot

Today, bid farewell to your 'Dwarka Somnath' tour, as you are transferred to the airport / railway station in Rajkot for your onward journey.
