Booking Process

We'll always try to seat your group together, free of charge
We’ll confirm names until 25 days before departure. Name changes allowed until 25 days before departure
Deposit payment of 25% (of the total booking fee) at time of booking. Balance payment due 3 weeks after booking

Please complete the 'Request a Quote' form, we will send you a tailor-made quotation, advising you on the best value for money options.
Once you have approval for the trip, please contact us to check availability and reserve places. We will advise you of your deposit deadline date. Your booking is then held on a provisional basis.
Here we do not have age limits. Group booking request can be sent by anyone including the students to the senior citizens. If your booking with any low-cost airline you will need to confirm your names as per passport.
Once we receive the deposits, name list and completed booking form, we will confirm your tour.
Now your booking is confirmed, you will be appointed a dedicated tour planner who will work with you to plan your perfect trip and support you from here onwards. Your final balance will be due 30 days before travel.
As soon as we have received your final balance and paperwork, we will ask you for the final name list, update the names and send you the ticket with the PNR
